General Terms & Conditions
Please read the information below before placing an order. These terms explain our order process, delivery options, returns policy, privacy information and RaceWrap cancellation conditions.
Order and Delivery
The schedule from initial order to dispatch varies depending on the product and time of year. We will advise you of the current turnaround time during the order process.
Delays may occur during proof approval. Changes requested after a proof has been sent may also cause additional delay, but we will keep you updated throughout the order process.
You will always be notified once your order has been completed and dispatched.
Medium value and urgent international orders may be sent by third-party courier. Delivery options are available on enquiry.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery address information.
Returns
Return requests are accepted within 7 days of the normal expected delivery date. If you are unsatisfied with a product or service, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Special and custom-made orders can only be accepted for return if the item is faulty.
Customers are responsible for checking all details on proof images and confirming that all elements are correct. Once a proof has been confirmed and the item has been produced, changes can no longer be made.
You may cancel your order without giving a reason at any time before production has started. Current turnaround schedules will be advised during the order process.

Vouchers and Promotional Codes
Vouchers are available to buy in store and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. They can be used in store or as part of a custom order.
Promotional codes are valid only on in-store items. Only one promotional code can be used per transaction. Codes cannot be combined for a greater discount.
Privacy
Your personal information and order history are stored strictly for use by RatMally Ltd and its partner companies to help with the smooth running of future and repeat orders.
Your information will not be passed to third parties. Financial information such as credit card, debit card, bank or payment facility details are not stored or shared by RatMally Ltd.
We may occasionally contact you with offers relevant to your original enquiry. RatMally Ltd also trades as “Double-u Racing” for the purpose of eBay continuity.

RaceWrap Cancellation
RaceWrap bookings can be cancelled on request within 14 days of the paid booking deposit.
Bookings can be rescheduled up to 14 days before the start date.
A £250 charge will be applied if design work or image collation has already started.
No refunds are available for cancellations inside the 14-day set-up period before your booking. Missed appointments without notice will make your booking null and void, and no refund will be available.
